PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and further pursuant to the said Act, declares the said reserve to form part of the Warbeck Scenic reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Department of Lands and Survey.
