Land Acquired for Road in Block XI, Hukerenui Survey District,
Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the 16th
day of August 1984.

County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and declares that the area marked ‘A’ shall be dealt with
as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
