PURSUANT to section 14 (2) of the Urban Transport Act 1980, the
secretary of the Auckland Regional Authority hereby gives the
following notice.

WRITTEN notice has been given to the Minister of Transport that
the person specified in the Schedule hereto has been appointed as
a member of the Urban Transport Council established pursuant to
the Urban Transport Act 1980 by the bodies specified in the Schedule
hereto pursuant to section 14 (1) of the said Act.
