PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road, which
pursuant to section 153 (2) of the Public Works Act 1981, has become
road, limited access road and State highway and the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for the functioning
indirectly of a limited access road and further declares that the land
described in the said First and Second Schedules shall remain vested
in the Crown.
