Principal Defence Chaplain J. E. Scutter (Anglican), Royal New Zealand Air Force

as Honorary Chaplain to Her Majesty, with effect from 13 June 1984, vice Principal Chaplain (Army) B. J. Fletcher (Roman Catholic), Royal New Zealand Chaplains’ Department, who has retired.
