Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Blocks IV and VIII,
Matakoe Survey District, Otamatea County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the stopped road
described in the Schedule hereto to be disposed of as follows:

(i) Allotment 433, Mareretu Parish, shall vest in Arthur Logan
McCarroll of Mareretu, farmer, subject to memoranda of
mortgage 580792.2, B. 141529.1, B. 179190.4, and
B. 282774.3, and subject to statutory land charge
B. 205737.1, North Auckland Land Registry;

(ii) Allotment 434, Mareretu Parish, shall vest in R. A. McKay
and Son Limited at Taipuha;

(iii) Allotment 435, Mareretu Parish, shall vest in James Knight
Worthington of Taipuha, farmer and Gwendoline Anne
Worthington, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares,
subject to memorandum of mortgage 213911.5,
North Auckland Land Registry;

(iv) Allotment 436, Mareretu Parish, shall vest in the said James
Knight Worthington and Gwendoline Anne Worthington,
Barry George Smith of Auckland, farmer, and Christine
Smith, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares;

(v) Allotments 437 and 438, Mareretu Parish, shall vest in Te
Rima Farms Limited at Whangarei, subject to memoranda
of mortgage 858196.1, 959692.2 and B. 299961.1, North
Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for Road, Drainage Purposes and in Connection
with Drainage Purposes in Block VII, Tangihua Survey District,
Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for road, the land secondly and thirdly
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for drainage
purposes, and the land fourthly and fifthly described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired in connection with drainage purposes,
and all the land described in the Schedule hereto shall vest in the
Whangarei County Council on the 26th day of July 1984.

Declaring Land, and Water Supply Pipeline and Right of Way
Easements Over Land Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block
XII, Kaeo Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between
John Brown Vickers and Joy Amelia Vickers, as registered
proprietors, and the Crown, dated the 10th day of May 1984, and
held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland,
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and water supply pipeline and right of way easements,
appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, over
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the
rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement,
are hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the
Crown on the 26th day of July 1984.
