ANZ BANKING GROUP (NEW ZEALAND) LTD., hereby give notice that on the 11th day of July 1984 it appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie and James and Gerard Jefferies of Arthur Young as receivers of the property of the above company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of May 1982 being a mortgage debenture from Smith Metal Ltd., to ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER AND MINUTE
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of BISHOP & MOORE HOLDINGS LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 29th day of May 1984 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $900,000 to $10,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st June 1984.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The share capital of Bishop & Moore Holdings Ltd., was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court of New Zealand reduced from $900,000 divided into 2,000 ordinary "A" class shares of $1 each and 898,000 ordinary "B" class shares of $1 each to $10,000 divided into 2,000 ordinary "A" class shares of $1 each and 8,000 ordinary "B" class shares, all of which are issued and fully paid up."

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CHANDRIS LINES (N.Z.) LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Chandris Lines (N.Z.) Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound-up voluntarily does hereby fix the 20th day of August 1984 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator be committed to the custody of the liquidator.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
