Declaring Land and Easements Over Land Acquired for the Supply of Electricity in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the supply of electricity, and the right of way and electricity easements described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby acquired for the supply of electricity over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and further the right of way easement described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the supply of electricity over the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto; and that such land and easements shall vest in The Christchurch City Council, from and after the 19th day of July 1984.
