Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to sections 52 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road which shall become road, limited access road and State highway and, pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 26.
