PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road and remain vested in the Crown.

Declaring Water Supply Pipeline and Electricity Supply Easements Acquired for a State Primary School in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between Lucy Mary Mytton Thomas (as registered proprietor) and the Crown dated the 13th day of June 1984, and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland having been entered into, a water supply pipeline easement, over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and an electricity supply easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement are hereby acquired for a State Primary School and shall vest in the Crown on the 19th day of July 1984.
