NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 1st day of June 1984, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $204,000 to $4,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 4th day of July 1984. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of ROBERTSON AIR SERVICE HOLDINGS LIMITED is four thousand dollars ($4,000) divided into 2,500 ordinary A shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid and 1,500 B shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid having been reduced from two hundred and four thousand dollars ($204,000) divided into 127,500 ordinary A shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid and 76,500 ordinary B shares of one dollar ($1) each fully paid”
