Declaring Right of Way Easements Acquired for Irrigation Purposes in Block IV, Omapiere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement between Peter John Horrell, the registered proprietor of the land, and the Crown dated the 5th day of May 1981, and held in the office of the District Commissioner of Works at Auckland, having been entered into, right of way easements over the land described in First Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the rights and imposing the conditions contained in the said agreement, are hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of July 1984.

Declaring Land and an Easement Over Land Acquired, for Irrigation Purposes in Block IV, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes (reservoir) and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of July 1984, and further declares that, an easement (right to convey water) is hereby acquired for irrigation purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 12th day of July 1984, a right to convey water over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule such grant being in accordance with the powers and rights set out in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952.
