ANZCERT RESIDUAL EXCLUSIVE AUSTRALIAN LICENCES—(REALS)

This supplement of the New Zealand Gazette of 28 June 1984 details the official results of the ANZCERT Tender Round 13 of Tendered Exclusive Australian Licences. Included with these results are details of any residual balances not taken up by tenderers.

Applications for the REALs are sought from any interested enterprises, including manufacturers, on the following basis.

Applications to be submitted in writing to—
Mr J. P. Diamond,
Executive Officer,
General Industries Directorate,
Department of Trade and Industry,
Private Bag,
Wellington.
Applications must be received by 5 p.m., Tuesday, 31 July 1984.
Applicants to quote tender number(s) and item code(s) as given in the TEAL results.
Where valid applications are less than the amount available per item code, each applicant would receive the amount applied for and the balance would remain unallocated, but available on demand through the currency of the licensing period, i.e. until 30 June 1985.
Where valid applications received by 5 p.m., 31 July 1984 exceed the total available in an item code a ballot system would be adopted to allocate the licences.
