IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of BEATH & CO. LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955 that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held on the Eighth Floor, CML Building, 22-24 Victoria Street, Wellington on Friday, 20 July 1984 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereon by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions:

1. That the company hereby sanctions the distribution in specie to the company’s shareholders of all the assets of the company after discharging all its outside liabilities.

2. That all books and papers of the company and the liquidator be handed to the liquidator for retention in safe custody for the period required by law and thereafter for disposal by him in such manner as he may think fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
