Land Acquired for Road in the City of Birkenhead

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Birkenhead City Council on the 5th day of July 1984.
