It is hereby certified pursuant to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:

  1. The name of the special partnership is THE FEATHERSTON TAVERN LIMITED & COMPANY.

  2. The names, addresses, descriptions and capital contributions of the general and special partners are as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The business of the Partnership will be as follows:

(a) To carry on business (whether licensed or unlicensed) as proprietors of hotels, motels, taverns, lodging houses, eating houses and places of entertainment, and as manufacturers, merchants and providers of food, drink, accommodation, entertainment, amusement and all other related foods and services.

(b) To undertake agricultural, business and mercantile activities.

(c) To undertake all such other activities as shall be deemed necessary, advantageous or incidental to the purposes hereof.

  1. The principal place from which the business of the partnership will be conducted is at the registered office of the General Partner, care of the offices of Hogg Young Cathie & Co., IBM Building, The Terrace, Wellington and in the Wellington area.

  2. The partnership shall commence upon registration of this certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and subject to the provisions in the partnership deed relating to earlier dissolution or renewal shall terminate upon 31 March 1991.
