Land Acquired for Road and in Connection With a Road in
Block XVI, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired in connection with a
road, and the land described in both Schedules shall vest in The
Whangarei County Council on the 21st day of June 1984.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block X, Houhora
East Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Declares that the stopped road described in the First Schedule
hereto shall vest in Noel Edward Evans of Papakura, soldier,
and William Joseph Evans of Whangarei, tugmaster;
(b) Declares that the stopped road described in the Second
Schedule hereto shall be disposed of as follows:
(i) Section 91, Block X, Houhora East Survey District, shall
vest in Nicholas Ujdur of Waihopo, farmer;
(ii) Sections 95, 99, 102, 103, 105, 106 and 107, Block X,
