CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Officers of the New Zealand Cadet Forces

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 1984, No. 94, page 1855, the appointment under the heading SCHOOL CADET CORPS of Kelvin Craig Marshall to a Cadet Commission in the rank of Second Lieutenant with effect from 3 April 1984, the following words “seniority from 1 August 1984” should correctly read “seniority from 3 April 1984”.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 June 1984, No. 94, page 1874, for “Noogoora bu” in the second line read “Noogoora bur”.

In the notice with the above heading dated 27 March 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 April 1984, No. 56, page 1091 in the Schedule for “8552 square metres” read “8852 square metres”.

THE RIGHT HON. SIR ROBERT MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Auckland Harbour Board, Waitemata Harbour Foreshore and Seabed Control Order 1983, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Auckland Harbour Board, Waitemata Harbour Foreshore and Seabed Control Order 1983* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

(2) This order shall come into force on the 14th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  1. New Schedule substituted—The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule hereto, and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this order.

SCHEDULE

NEW SCHEDULE TO THE AUCKLAND HARBOUR BOARD, WAITEMATA HARBOUR FORESHORE AND SEABED CONTROL ORDER 1983.

“SCHEDULE

ALL that area of foreshore and seabed of the Waitemata Harbour enclosed by a line commencing at a point at mean high water mark at ordinary spring tides due east of Trig Station North Head situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District; thence in an easterly direction in a straight line to a beacon west of Browns Island (latitude 36°50’9”S, longitude 174°53’E); thence south-easterly in a straight line to the northern most extremity of Musick Point, situated in Block X, Rangitoto Survey District; thence following mean high water mark at ordinary spring tides on the west side of Musick Point and continuing along mean high water mark at ordinary spring tides around Waitemata Harbour to the point of commencement; as more particularly shown marked green on plan M.D. 16149; excluding all those areas of foreshore and seabed of the following, as more particularly shown marked red on plan M.D. 16149:

(a) Otara Creek above the weir, as more particularly shown marked red on plan M.D. 12604.

(b) The area which is occupied by the foundation piers of the Auckland Harbour Bridge.

(c) West bank of the Tamaki River commencing at the eastern corner of Lot 5, D.P. 300, at the southern boundary of Kings Road; thence generally in an easterly direction to a point off the eastern corner of the recreation reserve, as more particularly shown marked red on plan M.D. 15390.

(d) Orakei Basin, as more particularly shown marked red on plan M.D. 6385.

(e) Halfmoon Bay Marina, as described in the First Schedule of the Auckland Harbour Board (Halfmoon Bay) Vesting and Empowering Act 1968, and as more particularly shown marked red on plan M.D. 16156, sheet 1.
