November 1983.

seniority and effect from 18 August 1983.

Lieutenant P. J. Gibbons to be temp. Captain with effect from
31 October 1983.

Richard Granville McDonald is appointed to a commission on
a fixed-term engagement of 5 years in the rank of Lieutenant, with
