NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)

George Joseph McLeod Fellingham, of Tokoroa, retired, and Zola Marie Fellingham, his wife, hereby give notice with reference to G. M. Fellingham Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Tauranga, that on the 28th day of June 1983, they appointed Barrie Miles Owen and David Neville Cooke, both of Tauranga, chartered accountants, whose office is at the offices of Messrs Peat Marwick, South British Building, 37 Grey Street, Tauranga, as receivers of the property of the said G. M. Fellingham Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of December 1980.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the undertaking and all the property both present and future (including uncalled capital, unpaid capital and goodwill) of the said G. M. Fellingham Limited.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs Brunton Cropp & Co., chartered accountants, 68 High Street, Lower Hutt, on the 29th day of July 1983, at 3 p.m. for the purposes of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.
