Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Road in the
City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
the 4th day of October 1982, published in the Gazette of 14 October
1982, No. 120, at page 3383, declaring land acquired for road in
the City of Auckland, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works
Act 1981, by deleting the words “and shall vest in the Crown” and
substituting the words “and shall vest in The Auckland City
Council”.

Land Acquired for Motorway Purposes in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired subject to K. 7158 Conditions of Consent
by the Wellington City Council to the rights of way shown coloured
yellow on D.P. 9193 and Proclamation 666674 defining the middle
line of a portion of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway for
motorway purposes and the freehold and leasehold interest in the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired
subject to Conditions of Consent by the Wellington City Council
to the rights of way registered as No. 131216 (240D/398) and as K.
7158 and Proclamation 666674 defining the middle line of a portion
of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway and to a right of way
and drainage rights over the part Lot 2 shown coloured yellow on
Plan 9193 in favour of the lessees of Lot 1 and Lot 3 on the said
plan, together with a right of way over the part of Lot 1 and Lot
2, Plan 26805, shown coloured yellow and blue respectively and
those parts of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Deeds Plan 433, shown coloured
blue for motorway purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 7th
day of July 1983.
