Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Vested in Block V, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of February 1983, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 3 March 1983, No. 26 at page 558, declaring road stopped and vested in Block V, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County, by omitting the following:

“Declaring Road Stopped and Vested in Block V, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto (to be known as Section 188, Square 6, Block V, Wai-iti Survey District) to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 119, folio 172, subject to memoranda of mortgage No’s 177542.1 and 211833.2.”

and substituting the following;

“Declaring Road to be Stopped in Block V, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.”

(b) Pursuant to section 42, declares the said stopped limited access road Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in the County of Rangitikei

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 1st day of December 1982, published in Gazette, 9 December 1982, No. 148 at page 4246; declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in the County of Rangitikei, by deleting paragraph (c) from the body of the document and substituting the following:

“(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 24A/800, subject to memoranda of mortgages Nos. 159135.2, 159135.3, and 443110.2.”
