Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tauranga County Council on the 20th day of December 1982:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said county in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
