NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN OMANAIA
FOR THE PURPOSES OF ERECTING AN ELECTRICITY
SUBSTATION
Notice is given that it is proposed under the provisions of the
Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule
hereto for electrical supply purposes, such land to be used for the
construction of a substation.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within
20 working days after the date of this notice, make an objection to
the Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department,
Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington. If any objection is made in
accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, unless
the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed
at the time and place of the hearing.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land being:
Firstly, 707 square metres, being part Te Puia A2 Block, shown
marked “A” on S. O. Plan 56645.
Secondly, 89 square metres, being part Te Puia A1 Block, shown
marked “B” on S. O. Plan 56645.
Thirdly, 8 square metres, being part Te Puia A3 Block, shown
marked “C” on S. O. Plan 56645.
A copy of the plan is also deposited in the Post Office at Waima.
The said piece of land is situated at Main Road, Omanaia.
Dated at Kaikohe this 23rd day of June 1983.
