Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds Of Sale Shall Be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a plantation reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Mount Wellington Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH

324 square metres, more or less, being Lot 75, D.P. 22138, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District. All Gazette notice 16458.

Change of Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (site for community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands, described in the Schedules hereto, as reserves as specified at the end of the respective Schedules, such lands to remain subject to the leases as specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands.
