Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Kurow Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Kurow Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Kurow Recreation Reserve Board.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for scenic purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Rangitoto Island Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(a) of the said Act by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IX, Wakanui Survey District, Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Ashburton County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes that part of the notice classifying the Waiotahi Scenic Reserve, dated 11 July 1980 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 24 July 1980, No. 85, page 2193.
