Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed and Road Closed and Vested in Block I, Waima Survey District, Waima County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of March 1980 and published in Gazette, 27 March 1980, No. 29 at page 909, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and road closed and vested in Block I, Waima Survey District, Waima County, by omitting the following words:

“and that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Leslie James Barrett, orchardist and farmer, of Redwoods Valley, widow, Ivan Everard Fitchett and John Malcolm Fitchett, both of Nelson, solicitors, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 172673.1, Nelson Land Registry,”

and substituting the following words:

“and that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Mavis Edna Jane Barrett of Redwoods Valley, widow, Ivan Everard Fitchett and John Malcolm Fitchett, both of Nelson, solicitors, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 172673.1, Nelson Land Registry.”
