Declaring a Right of Way and Right to Drain Water Easement for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes to be Acquired Over Land in Block VI, Waima Survey District, Borough of Richmond.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement for soil conservation and river control purposes is hereby acquired over the land described in the First Schedule hereto vesting in the Richmond Borough Council the rights set out in the first paragraph of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 and also a right to drain water easement for soil conservation and river control purposes is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Richmond Borough Council the rights set out in the third paragraph of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 23rd day of June 1983.
