Land and Right of Way Easement Over Land to be Acquired in Block VII, Omapiere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the right of way easement over that part of the land described in the Second Schedule hereto as is defined on D.P. 61760, vesting in the Crown the rights contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for post office purposes (telephone exchange), and shall vest in the Crown on the 23rd day of June 1983.
