NOTICE is hereby given that National Mutual Permanent Building Society, whose registered office is at 70 The Terrace, Wellington, desires to accept a transfer of the engagements of Pacific Permanent Building Society and that the first named society has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the above society has not been obtained in the manner specified by section 32 (3) (a) of the Building Societies Act 1965.
