Vesting a Reserve in the Waitaki County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby vests the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Waitaki County Council in trust for recreation with effect from 1 April 1983.

Classification of Reserve

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act to a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.
