Amending a Declaration Revoking a Previous Declaration and Declaring a Right of Way Easement Taken for the Purposes of an Institution Established Under the Child Welfare Act 1925, in Block II, Waiopohu Survey District, Horowhenua County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 6th day of August 1969, published in Gazette, 14 August 1969, No. 50, page 1521 and registered in the Land Registry office at Wellington as No. 796878 revoking a previous declaration and declaring a right of way easement taken for the purposes of an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925 in Block II, Waiopohu Survey District, Horowhenua County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, by adding after the words “.... from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without vehicles (loaded or unloaded), plant, or machinery,” therein the words “but without animals (as defined by the Animals Act 1967),”

and by omitting the Second Schedule thereto and substituting therefor the following:
