THE RIGHT HON. R.D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 63b (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Pureora State Forest Park by a Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette, 1978, page 2463 hereby ceases to be part of Pureora State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA DISTRICT

21.0430 hectares, more or less, being Section 17, Block XIII and Sections 50, 51, and 54, Block IX, Wharepapa Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazettes, 1964, page 1556, and 1965, page 1719, as shown on plans S16/5, S16/6, and S16/7. (S.O. 52043, 52044, and 52045.)

35.8500 hectares, more or less, being Section 49, Block IX, Wharepapa Survey District, as shown on plan S16/4. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1965, page 1719 (S.O. Plan 49006).

All above plans are deposited in the head office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Appointment of Honorary Harbourmaster

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950 and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint

Rodger Edwin Priest

to be a Honorary Harbourmaster for the Ministry of Transport at Turanga Creek for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950 and the Water Recreation Regulations 1979.
