Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block III, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 18th day of November 1927, to be road and to be vested in The Whangarei County Council.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 25.6 perches, situated in Block III, Whangarei Survey District, and being part Whakapae 2B North Block; as shown edged red on M.L. Plan 12441, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.


Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of May 1983.

Amending an Order in Council Appointing Five Non-Elective Members of the North Canterbury Catchment Board

At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of May 1983

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 3 August 1949 and published in the Gazette of 4 August 1949, No. 45, page 1626, as amended by the Order in Council dated 13 July 1981, and published in the Gazette of 23 July 1981, No. 89, page 2030, appointing 5 non-elective members of the North Canterbury Catchment Board, by deleting the words “Senior Farm Advisory Officer, Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Christchurch”.
