Amending a Declaration Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Acquired for Victoria University of Wellington in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 14th day of February 1983, and published in the Gazette, 24 February 1983, No. 23 at page 493; declaring a leasehold estate in land acquired for Victoria University of Wellington in the City of Wellington by omitting the following:

“by registered lease No. 454828.1, Wellington land district in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Victoria University of Wellington, and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of February 1983.”

and substituting it with the following:

“by registered lease No. 454826.1, Wellington land district in the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired together with a right of way over Lot 23, and the part marked “Private Way” on Plan 6205 and subject to Encumbrance 607049 for Victoria University of Wellington, and shall vest in the Crown on the 24th day of February 1983.”
