THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
No. 75

Now, therefore, I, the Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Chief Justice of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that I have taken the oaths prescribed by the said Letters Patent before the Right Honourable Sir Robin Brunskill Cooke, Judge of the Court of Appeal, and that I assume the administration of the Government of New Zealand under and by virtue of His late Majesty’s said Commission.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 1st day of June 1983.
