PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road which shall vest in the
Franklin County Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119(1) of the Public Works Act
1981, and vested in the Franklin County Council.
