Fixing Rate of Kiwifruit Levy 1983–84 (Notice No. 3027, Ag. 4/54/10/1)

IN notice No. 2988 with the above heading in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 March 1983, No. 42 at page 969, omit from line 4 of paragraph (b) the words “32 cents” and substitute the words “33 cents”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WANGANUI COUNTY

3.0093 hectares, more or less, being Section 27 (formerly part Section 1) Kohanga Village, situated in Block X, Mangawhero Survey District. Part Gazette notice 664057. Appurtenant hereto is a water easement created by Transfer 664058. S.O. Plan 32908.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1983.
