NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 17th day of March 1983 confirming the reduction in capital of the above-named company from the sum of $16,000 to the sum of $1,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 2nd day of May 1983. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of TRANSVISION INVESTMENTS LIMITED, was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 6th day of December 1982 reduced from $16,000 divided into 16,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each to $1,000 divided into 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1 each.

The capital of PACIFIC INVESTMENTS LIMITED was by virtue of a special resolution of the company and with the sanction of an order of the High Court dated the 6th day of December 1982 reduced from $400,000 divided into 200,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each to $1,000 divided into 500 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each.
