Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Te
Awamutu Borough Council on the 28th day of February 1983:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of
the Reserves Act 1977, the Te Awamutu Borough Council
hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough
in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be,
and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for local purpose
(accessway) within the meaning of the said Act.”
