ALL that area, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high water mark at the south-western end of Otago Harbour in line with the middle line of Orari Street, and proceeding south-easterly along the mean high water mark along the north-western side of the north-western side of the Anderson Bay; thence north-easterly along that causeway to the mean high water mark; thence generally south-easterly, south-westerly, and westerly along the mean high water mark of the sea to a point in line with the south-western boundary of part of Section 1, Block XIII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, comprised in C.T. 275/28, Otago Registry, being a point on the generally southern boundary of the Electoral District of Dunedin West, hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly and easterly along that boundary to the intersection of the middle of Princes and Maitland Streets; thence north-easterly along the middle of Princes Street, Anderson Bay Road, Orari Street, Anderson Bay Road, and Orari Street, to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and other extensions seaward, and also including Pudding Island and other adjacent islands.
