WESTERN HUTT
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high water mark of Wellington Harbour in line with the north-eastern boundary of part Section 17, Harbour District, defined on Plan A/2060, situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District and proceeding generally northerly by a right line to and along that boundary and its production to and along the middle of Horokiwi Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 52385; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the last-mentioned boundary and the eastern boundaries of part Sections 41 and 19, Horokiwi Road District (comprised in C.T. 444/197); thence generally northerly along the boundary of the Electoral District of Porirua, heretofore described, to a point in the middle of Normandale Road in line with the northern boundary of Section 349, Hutt District; thence generally easterly along the boundary of the Electoral District of Kapiti, heretofore described, to a point in the middle of the Pararata-Haywards Road (State Highway No. 58) in line with the middle of Mount Cecil Road; thence generally easterly along the boundary of the Electoral District of Heretaunga, heretofore described, to a point in the middle of the Hutt River and the Wairarapa Railway situated in Block IV, Belmont Survey District; thence south-westerly down the middle of the Hutt River to the south-western boundary of Section 837 Hutt District; thence south-easterly along the last-mentioned boundary and the south-western boundary of Section 838, Hutt District, to the north-eastern boundary of Section 12, Hutt District, and by a right line to the middle of the abutment of Military Road; thence generally south-easterly along that abutment, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 52479, Lot 2 and Lot 1, D.P. 14644, the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 14644, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 36479, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 36479, Lot 2 and Lot 3, D.P. 8067 and the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 36360, the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 8067 and the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 and 2, D.P. 22135, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Mitchell Street; thence westerly along the middle of High Street to a point in line with the middle of the Wairarapa Railway and the Gracefield Branch Railway; part generally southerly along the middle of the Wairarapa Railway and the Gracefield Branch Railway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 12, Hutt District; thence by a right line south-westerly to a point in the middle of Randwick Road in line with the middle of South Street; thence generally south-westerly along the middle of South Street and westerly along the middle of Port Road and its production to the middle of the Hutt River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Marine Parade; thence westerly by a right line to the southern side of Marine Parade; thence southerly along the right bank of the Hutt River to and westerly along the mean high water mark of Wellington Harbour to the point of commencement.
