NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of A. BARRETT (ELECTRICAL) LTD. (in liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the company followed by a meeting of creditors will be held at offices of Wilkinson Wilberfoss, Chartered Accountants, First Floor Boardroom, Hume House, 152 The Terrace, Wellington, on the 27th day of May 1983, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution, namely—

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and the books and records of the liquidator as he thinks fit.

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., hereby gives notice that on 29th day of April 1983, it appointed David William Mace and Bryan Norreys Kensington, chartered accountants, whose office is at 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of the above company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of March 1980, being a mortgage debenture given by the above-named company.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
