Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands, hereby
revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land,
described in the Schedule hereto.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY—BIRCHFIELD
RECREATION RESERVE

1.1230 hectares, more or less, being all the land on D.P. 3967 and
4136 (Village of Birchfield). All certificate of titles 104/86 and 107/75.

Dunedin Roman Catholic Primary Schools (Attendance Dues)
Notice 1983

PURSUANT to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional
Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice
approving the charging of attendance dues at St Brigid’s, Tainui; St
Joseph’s, Balclutha; St Mary’s, Mosgiel; St Peter Chanel, Green
Island, and St Joseph’s, Oamaru.

NOTICE

  1. This notice shall be cited as the Dunedin Roman Catholic Pri-
    mary Schools (Attendance Dues) Notice 1983.

  2. The proprietor of the above-named schools may enter into an
    agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibil-
    ity for the education of a child at the above-named schools requir-
    ing them to pay attendance dues.

  3. The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be
    $72 per annum.

  4. Attendance dues received by the proprietor may be used for
    the purpose of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital
    works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the
    above mentioned integrated schools as may be required or approved
    by the Minister of Education pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Pri-
    ivate Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts,
    mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land
    and buildings that constitute the integrated schools.

Prohibition of Hunting, Killing or Being in Possession of Sambar
Deer Anywhere Within the North Island of New Zealand Except
Under Forest Service Permit

PURSUANT to section 8 (4) (a) of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977,
the Minister of Forests hereby revokes the notice dated the 16th
day of February, 1982, and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 4 March 1982, No. 24, page 655 and, pursuant to section 8 (3)
of the Wild Animal Control Act 1977, hereby declares that the
hunting, killing or having in possession of sambar deer (Cervus
unicolor), or operation of a safari hunting exercise in relation to
same anywhere within the North Island of New Zealand by persons
other than Forest Service employees or persons named in and
holding valid Forest Service permits to hunt, kill or retain sambar
deer in captivity, or operate a safari hunting exercise in relation to
same is prohibited, from and including the 1st day of February
1983, for a period of 4 years expiring on the 31st day of January
1987, being the residue of the former 5-year period listed in the
Gazette notice of 4 March 1982 which this notice now cancels.

The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1983

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1,
1983.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared
to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation
21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated the 21st
day of January 1972†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Trans-
port Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956
is hereby revoked.

200 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said State
Highway from Chatham Street.

3rd day of February 1983*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the
Transport Act 1962, is hereby revoked.
