NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 2nd November 1982, presented to the said Court by N. COLE LIMITED of Auckland, builders; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 11th day of May 1983, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or to oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF THE Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF PLYMOUTH HOLDINGS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wanganui and carrying on business as group medical practitioners:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 23rd day of February 1983, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company, seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of March 1983.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of PLYMOUTH HOLDINGS LIMITED is twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) divided into twenty-five thousand (25,000) fully paid up ordinary shares of one dollar ($1.00) each having been reduced from seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) divided into seventy-five thousand (75,000) ordinary shares of one dollar ($1.00) each fully paid".
