WESTPAC BANKING CORPORATION, being the holder of a debenture in its favour dated 4 August 1976, given by Heatway Industries Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of April 1983 it appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Frederick Nelson Watson, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property charged by the said debenture being its undertaking and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital.
