Refusal of Application for Plant Selectors’ Rights Notice No. 3009, Ag. P.V. 3/18
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Plant Varieties has refused an application for Plant Selectors’ Rights as specified in the Schedule to this notice on the grounds that the variety is not sufficiently stable.
