Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following land is
declared to be an infected area:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:

(1) An area of 6.6674 hectares situated east of Main North Road
and north of Radcliffe Road with access to both of these
roads, and situated in Block VII of the Christchurch
Survey District, being part Lot 2 on D.P. 15787, part of
R.S. 281, certificate of title 820/76.

CNG Fuel System Approvals

PURSUANT to regulation 90B of the Traffic Regulations 1976* (as
inserted by the Traffic Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 7) and
pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for
Transport, I, Trevor Alan Lister, Senior Automotive Engineer,
hereby approve the components listed in the Schedule hereto for
inclusion in any CNG fuel system installed and operated in
accordance with the requirements of New Zealand Standard NZS
5422 Part 2 1980 (and any standard made in amendment thereto
or in substitution therefor) subject to the conditions set out in
respect of any component in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE
CNG MISCELLANEOUS VALVES AND FITTINGS

MOT Reference Description
AF C13 002 CNG filling valve adaptors manufactured by Auto
Sistema New Zealand Ltd. of Auckland to drawing
number 28.3.83 and bearing the model designation
"MG 11 ADPT", when used to connect the Mesco
Gas model "MG 11" filling connector (see approval
reference AF C02 003, New Zealand Gazette, 1981,
page 3680) to Italian Ministry of Transport
approved CNG filling valves used to provide the
function of a master shut-off valve (see approval
reference AF C05 001, New Zealand Gazette, 1981,
page 3680).
