Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VII, Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of February 1982, published in Gazette, 4 March 1982, No. 24, page 653 declaring land to be road and road to be stopped in Block VII, Patetere South Survey District, pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting paragraph (b) thereto and substituting the following:

“(b) Pursuant to section 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the area of 1 rood 11.8 perches now known as Section 67, Block VII, Patetere South Survey District, shall be amalgamated in one certificate of title with the land in certificate of title No. 27B/832, South Auckland Land Registry subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 371772.2.”
