In the declaration with the above heading dated 10 March 1983, published in New Zealand Gazette of 24 March 1983, No. 39 at page 859, for the description “Lot 12, D.P. 57846” which is given for the land first described in the Schedule, read “Lot 12, D.P. 56846” which description appears in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Catlins State Forest Park—Southland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Catlins State Forest Park.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND COUNTY

23.8840 hectares, more or less, being section 21, Block XI, Waikawa Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 225, folio 43. New Zealand Gazette, 1982, page 4333 as shown on plan G47/7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 2986).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1983.
